Shipping Policy

Overview

  • SOUTH AFRICA: Free shipping applies to all orders over R1000.
  • Activio uses Fastway Courier and the amount is automatically calculated at checkout using your postal code.
  • We will automatically be sent your tracking code to the email address you provide, once your order has been fulfilled.
  • Order will be delivered at the South Africa Standard Time Zone.
  • Generally, orders take 2 – 4 working days to arrive with you. 

INTERNATIONAL

We ship Worldwide with Aramex, FedEx, or DHL.

When checking out, your shipment fee will be automatically calculated for you along with the estimated time of delivery to your country.

CUSTOMS REGULATIONS:

Due to the constant change in Customs Fees for every individual country, we can not guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added to your order. If customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges. Custom fees are calculated off the full price of the products, not including any discounts. 

Customs Regulations factors differ in each country, please make sure your country accepts the type of product you are ordering. We will take no responsibility for orders not accepted by your country’s customs and no refunds will be made.
