Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We arrange collection for your returns and exchanges free delivery once-off returns/ exchanges for orders over R1000.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer is liable for the shipping/return fees for orders under R1000.

Refund 

NO REFUNDS (only store credits or exchanges)

If you would like to return an item for an exchange or store credits please make sure to:

In General:

  • Return your item to the original packaging.
  • Submit your request to return within 14 days of receiving your package by sending an email to info@activio.me
  • Please only return the wrong/faulty item.

For Sportswear:

  • Treat the sportswear with care when trying it on, and wear underwear when trying it on. Do not remove any labels or tags.
  • Dirty/Worn clothing or pieces missing tags/Labels will not be accepted for returns/ exchanges.
  • We do not accommodate returns/Exchanges for international orders at this stage.

Due to health and safety regulations, we are also unable to accept returns on our wellness tea products. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to send an email to info@activio.me
